8 Week Beginner Series


The art of Aikido is a dynamic and intuitive study of human nature created by exemplary martial artist and spiritual teacher Morehei Ueshiba, O Sensei. The teachings offer us invaluable and lifelong tools to develop and refine our bodies, minds and spirit. Using guided stretching exercises, breath practices, movement meditations, interactive training, and sharing of principles and philosophy, we will:

*Learn new methods of increasing our energy, body/spirit awareness.
*Develop ways to stay cool and calm under pressure.
*Stretch the ability to focus.
*Enhance positivity and resilience.
*Refine our posture.
*Increase our vitality and reduce stress, dis-ease.
